I was wondering if ya'll have a policy where you are not able to donate if you live in an RV park? I have been a donor for just about 2 years and I was very offended when they told me I was unable to donate due to where I live. They were extremely rude and disgusting about it.
I will definitely still be donating, just no longer with BioLife. My experience with the edgewater location has been of professionalism kindness. La La and Crystal display good customer relations skills. We have passed along your review to the BioLife team so they are aware of your concerns.

I am a permanent resident, receive mail, and have a VERY nice tiny home in a great community. It's a shame that since I decided to down-size I am no longer able to donate. My mom has lupus and is surviving off plasma donated.
